REFUND POLICY

Every Varchasva piece is handcrafted to order. Production begins upon advance payment confirmation. Due to the bespoke and custom nature of our craft, our refund and cancellation policy reflects the reality of handcrafted production — not mass retail.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of order confirmation only. After 48 hours — production has commenced and cancellation is not possible. For Bespoke commissions — cancellation is not accepted after advance payment under any circumstances, as the commission process and artisan engagement begins immediately upon confirmation.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Varchasva does not offer refunds on the basis of change of preference, colour variation, or design interpretation. Natural teak wood carries inherent grain, tone, and texture variations from piece to piece — these are characteristics of the material and not defects. Buyers are encouraged to review all product documentation, photographs, and specifications carefully before confirming an order. Our team is available for consultation prior to any purchase.
Replacement for Transit Damage
In the unlikely event that a piece arrives damaged due to transit — Varchasva will arrange full repair or replacement at no cost to the buyer. The following conditions apply:

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Photographic evidence of damage required via email to support@varchasvaindia.com

Damage must be attributable to transit — not installation, handling post-delivery, or environmental factors

Replacement timeline communicated upon assessment of damage report
Incorrect Product Delivered
In the event that an incorrect piece is delivered — Varchasva will arrange pickup and replacement at full cost. Incorrect delivery must be reported within 24 hours with photographic evidence. The correct piece will be dispatched at the earliest possible production and logistics timeline.
Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom and Bespoke commissions are non-refundable and non-cancellable after advance payment. No changes to design, colour, fabric, or specifications are accepted once production has begun. The buyer is responsible for approving all specifications at the time of order confirmation. Replacements are only offered in case of transit damage as outlined in Clause 2.3.
