Domestic Shipping
Delivery within India — 7 to 21 working days from order confirmation, depending on destination city and product type. White glove delivery included. Assembly at the delivery location available on request and subject to logistics partner availability. Tracking details shared upon dispatch. All pieces fully insured during transit. In the event of damage during shipping — full repair or replacement arranged at Varchasva's cost upon photographic evidence submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
International Shippping
Estimated delivery — 21 to 45 working days depending on destination, shipping mode, and customs clearance. All international exports conducted under FOB (Free on Board) Ahmedabad terms for standard orders. Bulk orders above 50 units may be offered under Ex-Works terms. Import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Varchasva provides all required documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, and ISPM-15 fumigation certificate. Additional certifications (phytosanitary, conformity, sustainability) may be requested at time of booking and will be charged accordingly.

Packaging & Protection Standards
Every Varchasva piece is packed to the standard its price demands. Custom crating for oversized pieces. Moisture-resistant wrapping for sea freight. Shock-absorbent padding for air freight. Embossed branded packaging on outer crate. ISPM-15 compliant wooden crating on all international shipments. Every shipment fully insured from point of dispatch to point of delivery.
International Payment & Remittance
All international payments must be received in freely convertible foreign currency — USD, GBP, or EUR — in compliance with RBI and FEMA guidelines. Payments are processed through authorised channels. A Foreign Inward Remittance Advice (FIRA) is issued upon receipt of every international payment — confirming full regulatory compliance. Buyers will receive detailed payment instructions at time of order confirmation.
